"This was my first Ryokan and all I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. As someone that also works in hospitality, I've never stayed anywhere else in the world that treats their guest as well as they do. Everything from the room, food, and onsen was spectacular. "Spacious room, Private toilet and bathroom were separated in each room, Good fridge with small freezer inside, TV was big enough to watch with family, Enjoyed almost private hot springs bath at 5pm and 6am, air conditioning worked well, Udon breakfast at 7am and Udon night snack at 9pm, best place to stay if you were a Udon lover."
