"The room was average but, clean. Carpet could be updated as there were stains on the carpet taking away from the atmosphere of the room. Balcony was nice and great place to sit and read and have your coffee. The TV did not work in the room, which was not a big deal for us. The amenities; pool, sauna did not appear useful. Sauna was not working and pool was very small. We did use the gym and it was ok. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered a continental breakfast which was good. Overall, a good place to stay. We recommend it."

"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee facility in room though. Would stay here again. It had the charm and decor of a traditional Italian hotel."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Palozzo Scamozzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it."
