It was our first trip to Ischia and we LOVED it! The La Reginella Resort Spa was simply wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast included many options to choose from as well as a large assortment of beverages. My husband and I stayed her one night to celebrate his birthday. The hotel is charming with lots of interesting and beautiful decor, and its location in town and on the beach is wonderful. We were, however, very disappointed in the level of service at the hotel's restaurant. They have an outdoor seating area on the beach that was largely unattended. We sat and waited over 15 minutes for any waiter to even notice we were there before we got up and left in search of another place to eat.

We just returned home after 5 nights at Ravino, after visiting Venice and Rome. This was the perfect, beautiful, and relaxing end to our two week Italy vacation (me, my husband and two daughters 23 and 20). The grounds are breathtaking - a desert garden labor of love that you can get lost in. The views are equally breathtaking.
