I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. I recently spent 9 nights at this lovely hotel and was absolutely thrilled with the decision to do so. The room was smaller, which wasn't a huge deal given that it was really just to sleep and shower in with maybe some down time in between. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and given the key to my room, as well as advised of where it was located. Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

Walk out of terminal 2 and across street and your there. After a long day traveling I was glad not having to take another shuttle or taxi. Check in was super easy .there is a bar and food right there in lobby. Yes the food was pretty good.

Fantastic Place to stay! This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff is superb! All other hotel staff members should be trained by the people that work this property. Pick up from the airport went smoothly and restaurant food was very good

Quickie overnighter to catch the train early AM to Zermatt. You can see the station from the hotel, it’s perfect. No complaints.
