"Clean rooms and friendly. "

"Per friendly but when booking through 3rd party you cant tell them you have a dog. Plus they say dont worry just tell the front desk when you check in. Which doesnt let the hotel know in advance to accommodate us. Took 1 hr to get a room figure out. Plus when walking my dog around hotel, there was dog poop everywhere. I know its the owners responsibility but the gotel should manage it better. There was no cleaning staff available so many people were annoyed that their rooms were not cleaned and dirty towels were not changed. My son was one of those people who stayed in the gotel for 3 nights and no room service at all the entire stay. Management needs to do better at his hotel. Would not recommend."

"Our room smelled like an ashtray, was obviously smoked in. The hotel itself, and the staff were both good. When I checked out, I mentioned the issue we had and was told that the rooms were all sold out last night , which led me to believe they were aware of the condition of our room. "

"Would be nice if there were hand rails in the shower to help in the event of slipping. Some days there were no anti slip mats for the tub. Hallways were noisy with teenagers running around in the later part of the evenings ."

"There were coffee shops near by. A lounge.. restaurant within the building itself. The room was clean and the stff very professional and accommodating "

"Booked a king suite for first time. Really liked the room layout except, it had a fabulous kitchen but it had no plates, utensils, etc. It was just an empty kitchen. Need to let clients know that. First time weve had a room with a kitchen that was empty (other than fridge & microwave)."

"The room and hotel were mostly great. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and wonderful shower. Just two towels; sink drained poorly so it was full whenever used; fireplace did not work. The hotel provided use with wine (we don’t drink alcohol and cookies to compensate for the fireplace). The worst part is the noise from the bar(s). The hotel provide ear plugs but it was so loud there was no way to cancel it out. We were on the 8th floor. If it wasn’t for the outside noise I would strongly recommend but as I couldn’t sleep until after 2am I would only stay on a weekday. "
