"Very quiet Hotel overlooking Zürich and the lake. Woke up with the birds singing. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the terrace taking in the view."

"The room was spotless and the staff was lovely."

"Great staff! Truly recommended. "

"Very nice hotel with great restaurants."

"This is self check in. No staff. All essentials are provided. Full kitchen. Excellent bakery next door. "

"The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! The stores and history nearby were perfect and we have many memories now to savor. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with zero complaints !!"

"Nice place to stay in Biel/Bienne. Clean facility, nice personal, and nice rooms."

"We stayed here overnight on our way to another city. The place was basic but very clean, the staff working the reception was exceptionally helpful. We loved the hospitality."

"It is just an ok hotel. Staff are great but the room quality , food quality and overall ambience is poor"

"Amazing staff. Clean, nice, great location."

"Personeel was top! Keuken is ook heel goed, heb 2 avonden heerlijk gegeten. Mijn bed was aan vervanging toe. Het kraakte bij elke beweging."

"Very beautiful hotel!"

"Beautiful location, comfortable beds, wonderful shower."

"Ich habe auf einer Velotour dort übernachtet. Hotel liegt direkt an den Velorouten 5 und 8. Mit viel Style renoviertes Gebäude. Self Check-in funktionierte bestens. "

"Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet."

"I stayed in this hotel already several times and I was always pleased. Comfortable room with tea maker and mini bar. Excellent breakfast choice. Good bar and cafe at the place. Very close to the train station."
