The spa and jacuzzi were very nice( even though the water was kind of warm/ cold) the laundry was kind of expensive (5€) And A dog there scratched me. "The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. "Very nicely located within Levico Terme, with lots of parking space, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Biggest compliment we could give: we extended our stay here with another 4 days."
