Everything was WONDERFUL. A hotel that really knows how to treat its guests. Nothing but pure bliss. Highly recommend. I've travelled the world and this is by far my best experience.
You might be asking your self if you want to stay this far out of town when looking at Antalia, we thought the same thing but now we are so glad we made the decision to stay here.
The hotel only has 3 rooms attached to one of the most lovely gardens and a restaurant called Chic Mama with one of the best views we saw in Positano. We felt like we were staying with our Italian cousins who made us feel like we were part of their family. They have't been open for long so everything is fresh and...
great place with a great view comparable to way more expensive places. remember that you will have to use steps like many places in positano to access. pack on the lighter side. we packed 2 big suitcases and had to lug them up a lot of stairs. it was worth it because of the placement of the hotel itself.
John Steinbeck, after spending time in Positano, wrote, "Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone." If the Palazzo Murat Hotel had existed (as a hotel) when Steinbeck wrote those words, I'd say he must have been staying there. I spend about 100 nights/year in hotels. The Palazzo Murat is, without a doubt, one of my favorite places in the world. So, liberally reappropriating Steinbeck's words, I have to...
Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. Best breakfast of my life. We were celebrating my 30th birthday and they brought me a candle!! The shower was the shower of my dreams. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Me and my friend Katie stayed here for a week in positano in the beginning of April. We're college students that go to ODU in Virginia and booked through Expedia because it included our transportation to and from our flight, our hotel, etc. we LOVED IT. We were completely obsessed with our hotel. Our room had a balcony attatched that had an AMAZING view of positano. It is in a GREAT area I ALWAYS felt so safe which was a main concern as well. The customer service couldn't have been better. I...
Hotel Villa Rosa met our expectations (the rooms are not as spacious as the website photos will lead you to believe though) in it's location location location and customer service.
Our balcony view was breath taking anytime of day...the different lighting of the water and the hills...
The breakfasts at Villa Rosa exceeded our expectations. Each morning a tray of everything you could want, delivered to your patio in the warm morning light by a quick and courteous staff.
We will be back.
Great all around! They contacted me ahead of time to confirm check in time and were very helpful during our stay. The property is in a great location, close to ferry and all restaurants, shops, etc. - couldn’t have picked a better location to stay in. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet too despite being in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay here again, everything was wonderful.
Perfection! Absolutely gorgeous resort with incredible views, amenities, decor, food and service. Worth the splurge for an unforgettable stay in Positano✨
Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.
Beautiful breakfast area! We will be back!
This little bed and breakfast is a great bargain, the owner and his wife could not be anymore friendly and helpful! The views are amazing and the price is very good. The location does require walking uphill and downhill almost all the time in positano so if u r able to do this waking amalfi May a better choice but for me I loved and will return soon!!!
Great place to stay in Positano. It is right in the water - if the weather is nice. You can easily go for a swim. It is also just about 10 minutes from the lower city center. It is a bit of a walk to the upper city, but Positano is built on a cliff - so it will always be a walk to many places. Make sure to call ahead as they have a free porter service to take you bags all the way down to the hotel for you. It was very nice.
The staff at this hotel really are the shining stars. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They know your name even prior to your arrival and are “expecting you” as if you have stayed with them before. The front desk staff was amazing- every single one of them, from the very start to check out. This was a trip for my honeymoon and they knew immediately with congrats and a complimentary bottle of champagne and strawberries and desert.
The room was gorgeous, well kept, yet has an incredible...
My husband and I loved this place! It was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect! Very affordable, and the staff was excellent! Andrea was lovely and helpful to us during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious, and we got to sit in the patio area to enjoy our breakfast every day with a fantastic view! We can’t wait to come back here!
We loved our stay - from the daily turndown service, the amazing views (our room was upgraded from the cheapest to the next level up, and we had a small patio to enjoy ocean views), and the service was excellent. When we couldn't get our air conditioner to work, we instantly had someone come down to help us (it turns out you need the patio doors shut for the air to turn on.) For getting to and from the trains and airports, they were able to easily arrange a nice car service for a reasonable...
