We loved staying at Hotel Posa Posa the staff were very helpful and room comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant both at night and for breakfast. One huge advantage of staying here was the bus stop just outside which allowed us to visit the centre of Positano we ever we wanted.

Clean rooms and a wonderful staff. The hotel itself is comparable to many others in Positano, but the exceptional customer service sets it apart. The team makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of town center. They gave us an early check in and helped us out since we arrived early. They helped us books private cars and services , 5 star service. Thank you very much for making our stay amazing .

It was a very dated property. You had to go all the way downstairs to the front desk to get the pool towels on the top floor . The main restaurant Mirage have extremely, so service, although all we did was order drinks... Staff was very very accommodating though

6/10 Good

Pros: staff was really nice, views are amazing, pool is really cute and nice for the summer. AC worked well. Cons: This hotel is really outdated. It should not be rated 4 stars at all. The water temp changed if you had the sink and shower on at the same time. The decor and furniture was super old. The towels did not look clean. I truly don’t know how it has a 4 star rating. It’s at best a 3 star hotel with really nice staff. If you think you’re going to a luxurious resort, though, look elsewhere. I was not pleased how much we paid vs the experience we had on site.

Vacation in paradise!

This was our first trip to Positano. The hotel, the staff and our room was beyond expectations. There are no words to describe the view from our private balcony. I highly recommend this hotel, absolutely AMAZING!

Beautiful hotel with great service. The walk into town and down to the pier is not for the faint of heart. However, this goes for Positano in general and is not specific to this hotel. Nice breakfast spread. Everyone is super friendly!
