There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished.
We made our choice based on the previous reviews and were not disappointed. We chose one of the package rates which includes breakfast and sauna in the mornings and would highly recommend that option. After a wonderful cooked to order breakfast every morning, we had the sauna reserved for some relaxation. It was an amazing experience as we literally had the entire sauna area just for ourselves. As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer.
We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. The ones provided however were perfect. I had an amazing restorative sleep.

The service at Revelton Suites was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was convenient and it was in a quiet area. I really liked the fact that there was free parking available.
