Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. We only stayed one night at this place but we really enjoyed it. Very cool vibes. Only downside is that getting to the room feels a bit complicated since it's in a different building than the lobby.
The hotel is very accessible to the most sought after tourist locations. It’s a very eclectic and interesting hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooftop dining is spectacular, food very very good. We found the staff helpful, engaging, and very professional.
The hotel has the best location in Florence. Their breakfast room is located at the sixth floor with great view of Florence. Good size room, and clean condition; great AC as well. Everything is perfect for our stays
We have stayed at Silla prior to this visit and love the Hotel. The area is a perfect walk to the center of Florence but it is off the busy streets and very quiet. The staff is always very accommodating, willing to help in any way they can. They serve breakfast daily and it is a very nice way to start your busy day. The rooms are large and comfortable and also very quiet, affording a nice night's sleep after a busy day of touring.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt welcomed and relaxed. Location is perfect, excellent breakfast and a staff that is simply wonderful in all aspects. Restaurants recommended by the concierge were excellent even though they did not appear on the internet’s restaurant’s list.
It was truly an exceptional experience everything was at top rate quality. It takes less than 4 mintes go to the center of Florence because tranvia( transportation) is just close to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Receptionist even walked us to our room, which I had never experienced before. Check-in was very smooth. After check out, they let us keep our car and luggage in their property for the day as long as needed, which was very thoughtful of them. Room was very nice, although it actually felt a little hot and we had to open window. But we didn't ask for help with that so that was our fault. Overall, amazing experience at hotel. This hotel was great. The breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect for walking the city as well as having great access to the train station. I also noticed a lot of the walking tours began in the area so it was convenient. Food choices everywhere and many many convenient stores nearby. The staff was great!
The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...
