"Maybe it’s lost in translation, maybe our room wasn’t correctly prepared. Expedia has among its amenities bathrobe and slippers, but there were none in the room. Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. "The property is clean and looks like its been updated, but i don't think it could be classed as a 4 star. The staff were not that friendly or helpful. Asked to see the spa before paying to use it, and initially this was declined, but eventually allowed to see it (no one was using it at the time). The breakfast was good. General service at the bar was ok. Definitely would not recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner."

pool and plenty of areas to sit and relax. The location of the hotel is right next to the train lines and trains can be heard once out of our room. The area in our opinion is the wrong side of the train station as to get to the main old town is about 30 mins walk , and the amount of graffetti on the train wall was not pleasant on the eye. The hotel is of a good standard and the staff were very helpful"
