"Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend."

"There is a best place where I stayed during in Italy so far. I visited Italy a couple of times but here is a hidden place in downtown and even better than their photos. Also even though in downtown but the window is very good sealed so there is very quiet and convenient to get down everywhere like Uffizi and all of museums and shoppings and safe as well. All of staffs are very kind and nice and professional working for customers. Also there is a complementary extra evening bar. I’d love to stay here next time! "
