Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.
My first trip to Italy's northern coast - I could not believe that such a wonderful beachfront hotel was this reasonable. The property is outstanding, the rooms bright and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. I was planning to stay only one night, but decided to extend my trip and enjoy the Arenzano weather and hospitality for a second night.
Absolutely, a wonderful family heritage hotel near Acqui Tera. The onsite, La Teva restaurant is fabulous. I had purchased a white truffle in Alba & had travelled with it for 2 days in my car, in the hopes of finding the right restaurant that could accommodate my wish to have it with a pasta dish. Well, Gabriela, at this hotel & restaurant,thought nothing about it. I had the truffle experience of my dreams… Grazie Mile Sabine & Gabriela❣️

The facilities are first class with an amazing floating staircase.
Rooms are clean and well appointed, can be a little noisy at night since the adjacent streets are busy.

Wonderful hotel! My husband and I stayed at So & Leo's for two nights. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. Adjoining bathroom had an excellent shower, plenty of towels and supplies. Coffee and biscuits available in the common area. Our hostess, Siminoa (So) was so gracious, friendly and fun. She allowed us to check-in early and to store our bags on the afternoon of our last day. The staff is incredibly helpful — whenever we needed anything, they were always there to assist us and answered all our questions and inquiries, including helping with our luggage. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is also very close to the outlet, and only a 1-minute walk from McDonald’s. The breakfast is also very good, especially the scrambled eggs. I really recommend this hotel.
