We appreciated the bunk beds for our kids and the balcony. The hotel staff were very nice. Lots of beaches and restaurants with umbrellas and chairs a short walk away. Near a nice strolling/shopping street. We stayed here on our way up to Switzerland and were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel and town! Easy parking on the street in front of the hotel. Laundry facility a few doors down.
We had an excellent stay - the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the location was close to the beach, shopping and dining, and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back next summer
The owners were absolutely wonderful people! The property was gorgeous. The rooms were ideal. The beds were comfortable. We were there because of the proximity to the hospital for my husband. The morning breakfast was beyond belief.! the best cream filled croissants I have ever had and the cappuccino was the best I’ve ever had as well. I definitely would recommend this charming place again and don’t forget to take your swimming suits because they have a wonderful swimming pool as well!!!

We had a great stay at Hotel de la ville in Laigueglia. Very welcoming, the room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing! We highly recommend it!
Alassio turned out to be a gem on the Italian Riviera and this hotel was right at the beach. The room was clean and adequate. THE WiFi worked well. The hotel staff was friendly and fluent in English . Breakfast was very good. Parking was available for 20 Euros per night. I would recommend this hotel and Alassio to anyone travelling along the Italian Riviera.
I didn't like the fact that the beach has only been accessible during the opening hours and that one had to reserve a spot a day before or more (deck chair and umbrella) and that one had to pay for that (EUR 36 for 2 during low season) for the whole day.
I would like to go the beach for 1-2 hours in the morning, enjoy the sunrise, leave for a bit, have some fun during the day elsewhere and then maybe spend again time at the beach if I feel like it. And I wouldn't mind to bring my own towel and...
