We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend.
This was a short, one night stay on a cross-Italy journey. Wonderful hotel and hosts and breakfast is delicious. Spotless and eco-friendly and set in nature, and near city center and Mount Cammarata. The host’s father is so kind - we so appreciated his conversation over breakfast.
The hostess was wonderful and super helpful in all our needs. She had helped us understanding the area suggesting many different sites and restaurants. She went far and beyond to accommodate my friend preparing her a vegan breakfast.

The facility inside is great. The building is located on noisy dirty road and exterior of the building is very old and in poor shape in need of immediate repair. The proximity to the temples is very convenient hence makes this a good choice overall. Free public parking all be it limited across the street is nice but can imagine in summer would be hard to find a space.
The hotel is a beautiful property. The lobby and public rooms are beautifully furnished. There is a large covered patio where you can have drinks at gaze at the Valley of the Temples in the distance. At night the ruins are lit up and you can see them from the hotel. Our room was lovely, and we had dinner at the hotel, which was very convenient as there was not a lot to walk to and we didn't want to drive. We were able to walk to a cafe for lunch. Dinner was fine. We had a view of the ruins and...
This B&B is superb. The rooms are large, comfortable and well decorated. The staff who work here are also lovely and helpful - I struggled to park the car and they helped, including helping me to load. It was really appreciated. Can’t fault them.
The B&B can be hard to find - best is to search for Piazza Lena, then try to find a parking space on the street!
