The Doric is phenomenal! It is located very close to the Valley of the Temples. The rooms are very comfortable, we had one with a private pool, with a view of the Temple of Juno! It was fantastic. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The grounds are impeccably tended with cacti and other plants and flowers native to the region. The breakfast is tasty. Try their restaurant for dinner! Overall, the Doric is truly a Five Star hotel!

Best stay I’ve had in Italy! The staff was super helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless. The whole resort was spotless. The workers were constantly keeping veering up to date. This is a unique hotel with a strong ecology theme. The rooms are beautiful, the service was very good. The dinner was a bit overcooked which was a shame. My partner had a birthday a couple of days earlier and they gave her a nice treat. Be careful, the directions I got from Google Maps were not very good - not the hotels fault.

The hotel is an amazing location if you plan to visit Valley of the Temples as it is looks out over the Greek temples and is a short drive to the archeological park. They had lots of easy parking and the hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful location. We enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant, where the food was delicious, and relaxing at the beautiful pool.
