From the service to the atmosphere, everything was exceptional. We can’t wait to return! The tours that are free are amazing! Staying in the pools are priceless! "Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later.
Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

"La piscina è ben tenuta anche se un po distante a piedi..Tanta bella gioventu ,volenterosa,però poca organzzazione..sopratutto all accoglienza,trovo che nn sapere le offerte che vengono fatte sia di x se poco professionale e mettere quasi in dubbio che il cliente abbia pagato anche peggio,tanto più che ha pagato anche piu del prezzo x una promozione... e in aggiunta la camera che doveva avere letto matrimoniale King..era una doppia con letti singoli...si salva uno dei proprietari x...

We were hiking and arrived in the late afternoon - without hesitation Sandra shared a large cold bottle of iced water and ice tea from her private stock without charging anything. If you are lucky you will meet Anacleto too - the families lovely dog.

"Set in the heart of Val D’Orcia this presented a great base to visit the surrounding villages, Radicofani being the closest but within easy reach of other towns and the various hot springs like Bagni San Fillipo and others.
Our apartment was well laid out and clean, providing all we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The only issue we had was with the TV which was rapidly resolved. We were too busy to try the
