"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is running a SCAM!!!! I stayed here 2 nights with my family and it has been an absolute nightmare! First of all, upon “check in” we realized that there is no reception. We met the property managers in the parking lot and they brought us to our apartment. Then after checking in, bringing in our bags and dogs, the man insisted to come in our apartment to “controllare” our stuff and see our dogs. "Relais Val d’Orcia was a lovely place in beautiful Val d’Orcia .Everything was perfect from services to accommodation. It only opens few years ago and it’s just beautiful. Very comfortable bed, big room, spotlessly clean bathroom and an indoor parking. You get a great view of the Tuscan valley from every window in your room. It is very close to towns like Pienza and Montepulciano, only 20 minutes drive. It is a place to stay if you’re in Tuscany . "

"The resort is in a remote location which for us was difficult to find as we arrived at night time. However the experience was amazing. The facility is in perfect condition and targets for pure relaxation. They have a plethora of steam rooms and saunas and thermal waters as part of the resort and all access is included. The GYM is very complete and they have free classes such as TRX and stretching and yoga. The breakfast is excellent and diversified. The walking trails are lovely and scenic....
