Impressive!

Stunning location! I wish we had been able to stay another night and spend a day by the beautiful pool. The drive to Arezzo was short, which allowed for exploring and dinner in the old part of the city!

About 20 minutes drive outside of Gubbio and up a mountain, the Castello provides a unique hotel stay. Our room was in a building inside the walls. It was quite large with a very roomy bathroom with both large tub and separate shower. Beams, stone walls and wooden shutters contributed to the castle atmosphere. Set up like a country manor. Elegant chandeliers, marble staircase, beautiful table setting for breakfast. Personable host, nice room and view of country side. Best to call host on Whats Ap for directions to the property once you turn on to the dirt road

Beautiful, seculded hilltop estate with great view and beautiful grounds. Nice pool. Hosts were warm and inviting and dinner of regional cuisine was good. Rooms are large and relatively sparse with minimal amenities, and beware there is no A/C. Breakfast was simple. They produce award winning olive oil available for purchase.

This was the best hotel experience of our lives! This is a beautiful old Italian farmhouse that has been completely remodeled but preserves all of the charm. A bit difficult to find, but worth it. The staff was the best staff we have ever seen in a hotel, and we travel a lot. We stayed 5 nights and got to feel we were friends with all of them. Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff were fabulous. The rooms were nice and larger than most European hotel rooms. The bathroom was roomy as well but the shower stall was rather small and cramped.

We had two wonderful days at Hotel Kursaal. The owner, Bruno, was extremely helpful, and the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. Both the hotel and restaurant exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, as it is an easy walk into town. The hotel is very well-maintained, and our room had a lovely view of serene Lake Trasimeno.

nice location for a short 1-3 days stay when travelling around Umbia. wery good condition, nice design, lovely staff. brand new wing has been lately reconstructed.

Great spot, wonderful views and the restaurant is outstanding! Best meal we had while in Italy!
