Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town.

It's a little far from Venice and doesn't have a shuttle, but for us for one day it was a treat. We took a taxi that cost 30 euros each way, we had so little time it made it worth it. The place is lovely even if the paintings are a bit camp after you have seen the masterpieces in Venice. The grounds and interior are lovely, gracious, and comfortable. Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. The hotel was tranquil and sophisticated. The staff was very professional. They went beyond what is expected at a normal luxury five star hotel. The location is beautiful and serene. You get to the hustle of Venice in 20 minutes by courtesy boat. Sightsee and walk all day and then return to the private island oasis to relax amidst luxury.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. The hotel is very close to the Mestre train station, and a stone's throw away from the No. 2 bus which takes you straight to Venice. Seeing many hapless tourists drag their luggage all over the narrow streets and waterbuses in Venice, my advice is to stay in Mestre (pref. near the train station like this hotel) and "commute" to Venice. Rooms were small but lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. All staff were very pleasant. Reception staff were terrific! Very convenient location and very reasonably priced.

Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square. Amazing experience, perfect location. Very close to all attractions. Staff was amazing especially Allesandro at the reception. The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.

EVERYTHING about the hotel was excellent. Great friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL room, wonderful breakfast, cleanliness was impeccable, room darkening shutters kept room very dark for sleeping. One VERY IMPORTANT thing to me was the water pressure in the shower. Most hotels have such wimpy water pressure, it takes forever to shower, but not here. This hotel was super close to the train station and very easy to find. If traveling with train, no need to hire a porter. Breakfast was decent and all self serve , including the coffee. Rooms are average with European standards but clean. We had the best pizza at a small shack called Al-Volo. Watch for the birds trying to get your food. Staff seemed to be nicer if you were American. When we switched to our native language, there was a shift in the attitude.
