"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

Close to shops and about a 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good too."
