I stayed at this hotel back in August. I must say it was probably the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were so pleasant and extremely helpful . There was a mix up with my reservation due to an issue with the "booking.com and hotels.com" . They sorted the issue out for me with out any problems and were very accommodating. The front desk staff (Cerine and Nawal) were EXCELLENT ….. They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and solo travelers coming to the wonderful city of Algiers ….
