Everything about the resort is intentionally created to make the guests feel welcome, personally known and comfortable. Nothing is too much and the staff are incredible - from management to housekeeping. The location is gorgeous; quiet, clean and incredibly peaceful. There is nothing I would want to change. "We were one of the longest staying guests in this hotels history staying for more than two weeks in the room with the pool. 10/10 best hotel in UBUD, highly recommend the cooking class. The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life. Additionally, Wid is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Will be back next year again 100%"
