During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity. Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay.
