During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....

Perfect location to immerse yourself in Ubud, waking distance to markets, restaurants, temples, whatever you need or might want to explore while the rooms are located next to the jungle.
