"I have a well welcome from bell boy Kenny, while I’m doing the check in , he offer my old uncle a card to gent if he needed, he will also reminder my elderly to bring more cloths cox the weather is cold. He indeed a very helpful and caring staff . And Joyce and miko helping us with smooth check in , they reminded the housekeeping to keep and eyes on us cox we got elderly check in. I’m very thankful to 3 of them especially, let us a pleasant and warm stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kane Ng and his staff. We have stayed several times over the last 15 years and they never disappoint with their hospitality and friendly service.
The only thing I would say is about the breakfast which could have more western food options, other than that the hotel was excellent "
