"I usually stay at this Hotel when Im heading back to Canada, as I have to be up by 4am. This time I accidentally left a scarf there, that was a momento from my deceased mother. I sent n email and they found it in the room and will have it at the desk when I return on the 11th. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk tem are so helpful and the rooms are pristeen and the beds are extremely comfortable. I cant say enough positive things about my repeated experiences atthis hotel. I will return!✨️💗✨️"

"Great location near Kensington Palace. Transportation was close by, Tube was within walking distance and easy to get to and from with luggage. Large variety of restaurants to eat, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The basic room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Great location and experience, would definitely recommend staying here. "

"My third time staying here… love the hotel. Now they state snacks free….The refrigerator had one candy bar and a cracker type snack . I had to tell them to replace the water, which they did… but for the cost of the room, they were cheap. "
