From the pre-arrival concierge phone call from the UK to Canada asking whether I would like or need anything to enhance my stay and reminding me to bring my swimsuit to take advantage for the beautiful pool and spa to the last interaction at check-out - the Coworth Hotel is totally 5 star. Very convenient location. Only complaint came about because we had never traveled to London before and simply assumed that a hotel close to the airport would have a shuttle. Technically, they do, but it is a shared shuttle called "Hoppa" that is a paid service. Not a huge problem, but when we were at the airport, I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle. Hotel says "yes, go to the shuttle area for pickup". Ok, no problem. We go to the shuttle area looking for the Renaissance shuttle....

The staff was so helpful when I arrived very early after an overnight flight from the U.S. The light blocking window shade worked great, allowing me to sleep off my jet lag almost too easily! Great stay at Aragon House. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The bar and restaurant add to the charming atmosphere and we loved being able to stop in for a drink. The hotel is in a fantastic area with amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by. The train stop is a great asset when going in and out of central London and allows you to feel like you’re in city whilst being away from the busy streets.

I had a fantastic experience at the new Hyatt Regency in London Olympia. Each staff member I encountered went the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable.
