"First time to a property like this and was very impressed! Super clean everywhere- high quality bedding- lovely common areas- AMAZING LOCATION!"

"The property is located close to historical sites plus venues for eating. The rooms are "modern" and clean. The staff was always helpful with answering my questions. The only issue I had is that the rooms do not have a chair to sit upon. If you want to sit and work on a computer you either sit on a stuffed stool (causes back pain) or sit on the bed that converts electronically into a large "sofa" of sorts. A chair would have been fine. Other than that the room was very comfortable."

"Love reception staff and free coffee. There are only 2 lifts for a 200+ hotel so waiting was ridiculous and then one of 2 broke down on my last day. Room is small, AC is ridiculously hot and even overridden I heated whilst sleeping. Great location to station and Dean Village."

"It was a pleasant surprise to be offered champagne upon check-in, excellent in room coffee availability with coffee grinder. There were snacks available in the room as well. It was nice to find a miniature gift candle at our door when we came home from the day out because we had requested Green service that day… (No need to come and clean our room). The location worked out well. The sliding wooden “door”to cover the windows gave a complete black out!"

"Rooms very nice. Staff at checking were quick and helpful. Restaurant in the main floor is huge with lots of food and pretty good prices. Pool change room floors a bit messy but pool was good. Bus to airport stops right out front which was nice too."
