Hotel opened very recently so a few areas behind the scenes were a wee bit unfinished but nothing major. Room was very clean and ideal for an overnight stay in the city. Staff were all very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of varied choices for everyone to enjoy. No kettle etc in the room so a good idea to make provisions if you like a wee cuppa. Only moan I have was a recurring noise like a loud gameshow buzzer sounding ever few minutes from around midnight until 2am ish. I couldn't identify the source of the noise which eventually stopped. Didn't get a chance to mention this to reception staff when I left as they were pretty busy and it wouldn't put me off booking again.

The beds are comfy and room is quiet, breakfast was included and it was alright, the location is central which helps. Most of the staff were friendly, and they allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby for a few hours before our train. However, for the price, the room we selected was not uncomfortable but an awkwardly small size for the two of us, good for one night but still a bit cumbersome - no wardrobe, kettle, etc. Maybe if we chose another room it would’ve been different but I’m not sure. Regardless, for the price we paid, I believe you could get something a bit better for a similar price nearby. Overall, not an awful place to stay and one that I think will get better with time, but also one that was worth leaving a review for.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and the unacceptable service provided by this hotel. We had a confirmed booking for a specific room type and bed configuration. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our booking had been altered, and we were transferred to a completely different hotel branch without any prior notification or consent. To make matters worse, the management acknowledged the mistake and promised a 50% refund as compensation. Despite these assurances, no refund has been processed, and our follow-ups have been completely ignored. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor the agreed-upon refund show a total absence of professionalism. I highly advise other travelers to avoid booking here, as this establishment cannot be trusted to uphold their reservations.

Styr unna - meget sentral plassering og hjelpsomt personell, men ikke verdt den stive prisen. Frokosten var meget skuffende og det var tidvis vanskelig å finne en sitteplass. Vanntrykket og vekslingen mellom varmt og kaldt vann på badet fungerte ikke. Heisen var også ustabil. Rommet var knøttlite og det var ikke engang ei vannflaske på rommet da vi sjekket inn for fire overnattinger. Naturligvis heller ingen vannkoker var å finne. På vinduene var det både tape og smuss etter bygging/renovering.
