Stayed in the cottage - went with our two kids to do our wedding vow renewal (married there in 2004) so it was a very special trip for us. Only stayed one night but the cottage was incredible - so beautiful, clean and comfy. We could easily have stayed there for a week.
Restaurant was ok, nothing special but it wasn't bad. Breakfast food included was mid but that's ok with us too.
Will definitely stay there again.
The Mill was fantastic. The room was well decorated and presented a homely atmosphere. The grounds were like a resort setting: large, beautiful landscape, some history, historic buildings ideally spaced. The bar and restaurant were great. Breakfast were very Scottish and enjoyable.
My only complained was the availability of WIFI.
I had booked for one night, but had to extend our stay.
Highly recommend and will stay again if the opportunity arise.

Truly enjoyed my stay. I wanted something with a little character and not a typical hotel. Honestly booked just thinking it was an older Inn and didn't realize until later it was a bed and breakfast. I thought the room was a pretty decent price so was Pleasantly suprised I got a made to order breakfast with my room. The Proprietor is top notch when you need anything and is always happy to help. If you're ok with an older place with some character then I would highly recommend this place.
