The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel could use some updating, and the mattress was extremely firm — basically like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom had a couple of spots that seemed overlooked during cleaning, though nothing major. There were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get into London city. Overall, you do get what you pay for.

This is newly renovated hotel still very fresh. Person at the reception was very helpful, I was able to keep the luggage very much earlier than check in time and on check out date kept luggage late since my flight was late in the evening.

Our stay was great as usual. Anytime we travel to London ( from the U.S), Holiday Inn, Newbury Park has been our London address and that’s true only place friends and family, will come looking for us. We normally stay for two weeks. Our grandkids live the sumptuous breakfast. Also very close to the train station. We live Holiday Inn- Newbury Park

Its a very nice hotel, close to a train station which can take you wherever you want! Its not the best area in London, but worth it! The staff super nice people, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast! 100% satisfied!

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. The hotel was attractive in its design and the entire staff was more than friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as beautifully designed . This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
