"We had a very enjoyable stay here. The drive up to the hotel is impressive. On our arrival the man at reception was very pleasant and informative. The girl the next morning was fine but her boredom was obvious. A simple smile would have made all the difference. We stayed in two rooms and both were excellent. They were extremely clean, a good size and had very comfortable beds. We slept really well. We did not eat in the hotel because we were so busy in Edinburgh. We were lucky to have a car because of the hotel is just outside Edinburgh, however this wouldn’t put us off if we were to come again."
