"First time staying in Manchester and first time at the "The Alan" in both cases it will not be the last. Fantastic hotel with great rooms, friendly staff (Jeff) and really good breakfast. Quality bed, quality towels and simple layout to the room. Staff were amazing and very helpful and the location of the hotel could not be better for exploring Manchester."

"We had a lovely 24 hours at the Edwardian Hotel in Manchester. The location is perfect – just a short 10-minute walk to the coach station, with plenty of food options nearby. The in-room dining was excellent too, but the highlight was definitely The Library restaurant – the steak was delicious and the service outstanding.
The décor and vibe of the hotel are beautiful, and the spa and swimming pool are fantastic for relaxing.
A special mention goes to the older gentleman at the concierge desk – he was absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommend!"
