Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good. There is fresh milk for your tea or coffee downstairs, but there wasn't quite enough for the multiple cups I drink in a day ;). A bottle of water in-room would be great, there were some refillable bottles of water near the fridge with the milk downstairs, but it smelled a bit musty when I opened it, so I just used tap, which seemed fine.

A fantastic stay from start to finish! We received a lovely warm welcome and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a fridge and iron provided. The bed was really comfy and the rainfall shower was excellent. We also enjoyed the lovely bar area, and the free parking was very convenient. The cooked breakfast was excellent too. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

A very nice hotel, especially for the price. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need, including air conditioning. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite good.
The reception staff was all amazing, very friendly and very helpful, night staff helped with any queries I had through the night also! Room was lovely, king size bed was great, sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but can’t really moan for a sofa bed, lovely sized bathroom and great lighting in both rooms! Pool and steam room was also lovely and clean with once again friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend and if I go back to the same area I would definitely stay again! :)
Stayed one night after a long drive through France and a ferry crossing, just to break up the journey. Arrived with tired kids and weary parents. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size and with good amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, very impressed indeed. Far exceeded my expectations. Cliveden is truly an amazing place to experience! We have stayed here before and this time was even better. Their staff is also absolutely amazing! We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either.
