Large room allowed for plenty of storage for luggage, it was nice and warm for our 2 night stay. Staff were helpful at reception regarding directions and nearby amenities. Laundry was 4 minutes away so easy to do. Hotel is close to Victorian markets and walkable to the loch. Overall enjoyed my stay here"
