The major drawback for me was very weak WiFi and a bare bones TV. For many, a large tub and good hot and cold water supply in addition to handheld shower and rain shower is going to be a plus.If you need a Laundry, a self serve and full service laundry is literally on the same block so that could be a major plus, as it was for us on a long trip through Highlands"

Only drawback, no elevator (which was only an issue with luggage, but staff offered to carry bags up for us). We'd happily come back."
