The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.
I love this hotel, it’s well located, efficient and the lobby/cafe is perfect for a coffee or glass of wine. My only issue is that I often come back late from dinner and the entrance is in essentially an alley. I know Geneva is generally safe but I have to go into city mode preparing to run or defend myself as I take the last steps to the front entrance.

The hotel is a real find for anyone who neeeds a reasonably priced stay in Geneva. Excellent location, modern and very clean interiors, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I stayed here for work and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation here when my family joined me. The staff was very helpful including with assistance buying online soccer tickets in Zurich. This is an older property but we were very comfortable and enjoyed Le Bistro restaurant. Most importantly the location truly couldn’t be beat! The free 15 tram made getting around so easy. The hotel is an easy walk to Lake Geneva and the old city.
