I was really happy with my stay of 9 days at the Kyriad. It was within a mile of the school where my students were participating in an exchange. It’s also close to the Carrefour supermarket and pharmacy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, as was the appetizer buffet. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room, while basic, was very comfortable. I will probably stay there again.
This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. The bar and restaurant were very nice. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities. As an American I would like a wash cloth in the room but it’s not a deal breaker. We were there 2 nights and walked around the corner to a free tram to the city. All the employees were very helpful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend NH Geneva airport!
This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. Had an amazing stay here. The hostel is newly built so everything is quite new. It’s not located close to the city centre but it’s only about 15-20 bus ride away. The bus stop is right outside the hostel which makes it very convenient. It also includes. Breakfast!! There’s toast cheese cold cut, multiple kinds of yogurt and drinks. Their coffee is very good! Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. You put amenities in the room for one person, but yet that room is occupied by two or more.. didn’t tell you to call down to the desk if you want some for the others ..that is not right!!
Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.
The staff were very good Breakfast good and fresh. The place is great . However, This place is not quite suitable for daily commute to Geneva. Public transport 4 and M ends early and if you finish late it’s a challenge you have to walk a long distance . One day I waited 1 hour for Uber from the border to the Hotel 2.5 kms from around 10 pm and only got to hotel after 11 pm.
