The staff was extremely friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The premises have been recently renovated, and the old quarters for railroad employees offer now a very welcoming stay to the travelers. The showers are outstanding for a hotel this category. Even though they are not a restaurant per se, since all restaurants in town are closed for dinner, they came up with great dishes for the residents.

The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees.
