Customer service was good. Check in easy and quick. I booked with Expedia and had no problems. Room was European style, bed (double) was comfortable but not much room to move around room. The bathroom was wide and windows for natural light and fresh air. Breakfast was basic but perfect to start your day exploring. Everything was fresh and coffee was great. We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.

We took the train a lot to downtown paris around the louvre and Eiffel tower. About 14 euros roundtrip, which takes an hour. If you're doing more city activities and only doing Disneyland a day or two, it might be best to stay in the city and take the train to Disneyland
We stayed 2 nights and loved it! The location is close to T3 and you can shuttle (train) between there and T1, easily transferring to Paris local. The breakfast offerings were good.
