We stayed here for a moms trip! We were slightly concerned that we were too far out of Paris, but the train was quick and clean - and it allowed us to reserve a rental car and explore the countryside! The space was perfect for 4 women - we were able to have dinner delivered to our villa after a long day - and eat comfortably at our Dining Room Table - and the food was delicious! We could have never gotten that much space in the city for the price. Having that extra space (and 2.5...
A great, beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options, worth the extra money to pay. Kid friendly. Close to Disneyland as well, around 10 min ride with a car. Highly recommended.
We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Very nice toiletries provided and many "extras" available at the front desk if you forgot something. Staff was very kind and attentive. Would definitely reccommend!
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel.
Breakfast was great, the laundry facilities were easy to use, and there was plenty of space in the common areas for our family to come together, relax, and enjoy some downtime.
But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind,...

Customer service was good. Check in easy and quick. I booked with Expedia and had no problems. Room was European style, bed (double) was comfortable but not much room to move around room. The bathroom was wide and windows for natural light and fresh air. Breakfast was basic but perfect to start your day exploring. Everything was fresh and coffee was great. Juices were fresh squeezed all natural. Will definently stsy here again.
Was able to...
We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Staff were pleasant & working their rear ends off to make sure we were all taken care of! It’s a short 5 min walk to Val de l’Europe shopping mall which is also next to the RER train station. Next to the train station is a delicious...
We stayed 2 nights and loved it! The location is close to T3 and you can shuttle (train) between there and T1, easily transferring to Paris local. The breakfast offerings were good. It's a fun hotel--look, feel, vibe! Cool tech in rooms--feels like a 21st Century hotel room should feel. GREAT bed, cool electric shades for privacy and room darkening. Lighting is nice and modern. Only wish there was more room for luggage but otherwise great room. Parking onsite is easy!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast to my room was convenient and very good. My room had everything I needed and the hotel provides free bottles of water and even popcorn! Books are everywhere: room, hallways, foyer. Electrical outlets are plentiful and convenient to the bed, but bring a plug. I didn’t find USB ports (maybe I missed them). Plenty of cafes and convenience stores in the area.
The only problem I had was getting the A/C to go below 20 C. Maybe it’s a...
Great hotel to stay at if you're wanting to stay in Serris or visit Disneyland Paris (10 mins away). I arrived in the morning long before check-in time and the staff were able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. That way we were able to visit Disneyland Paris and not having to worry about our luggage in the car. Once ready, I got a room with a comfy king size bed that also had a seperate partioned space for bunk beds for 2 kids. I only stayed 1 night but if I were to visit again, I'd...
Great hotel, very clean and newer hotel. Walking distance to train station and shopping mall, which includes restaurants too.
Hotel has bilingual staff and free shuttle roundtrip to Disneyland!
We took the train a lot to downtown paris around the louvre and Eiffel tower. About 14 euros roundtrip, which takes an hour. If you're doing more city activities and only doing Disneyland a day or two, it might be best to stay in the city and take the train to Disneyland
