Customer service was good. Check in easy and quick. I booked with Expedia and had no problems. Room was European style, bed (double) was comfortable but not much room to move around room. We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.

I enjoyed my stay. I came to visit Paris Disneyland. The room was bare bones and sufficient. For someone who likes to walk every day there was a shopping mall about a 20 minute walk with an aquarium and walking to Disney bus was only about 10 mins.
I also due to getting sick while at the park had to use a Bolt car to return to the property which was convenient and cost only 15 euros.
It’s tiny but has a big television and the best part of all was the breakfast buffet every morning.
I loved this place, amazing service super friendly staff from the receptionist that walked me to room, to bartender who opened a bottle of wine for my room, to the ladies at check out EVERYONE was super nice.
