"The staff were fantastic, they helped me see tour options and arranged the taxi pick up and drop off for the airport run. They explained where things were e.g. the metro station and where my pick up point was for a tour I was going on. They were really friendly and professional, always smiling and happy to help make my stay the best. The hotel itself was also amazing, the atmosphere was really good and friendly. PM when the restaurant was closing. We were soooo hungry after a long day of being stuck on the road. The chef and kitchen team were so kind, and still served us dinner (even though we were not staying there). We couldn’t have been more grateful as there were no available options around. The chef and staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. So for our last day in Quito, my friend and I decided to ditch the Airbnb and stay here! The staff’s kindness that night, made us feel comfortable and happy to choose this location as our last location in Quito. We will definitely come back on our next visit :)"
"Overall a great stay. I super recommend! Most of the staff was very nice and friendly. Only one staff member was not that great. But that's ok! They cleaned my room every day and supplies fresh towels. I love that! They also gave two bottles of water complimentary. My stay came with a free breakfast buffet, which was delicious. It came with bread/cereal, fruits, eggs, side dish like sausages or yuca bolitas, coffee, cappuccino, yogurt, cheese and deli meats, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The orange juice was sour though, but good if you don't mind sour. I think I prefer my OJ more sweet. The cappuccino was delicious! Also I loaded up on fruit, pineapple, melon, and papaya. The room was spacious with a desk for work and king size bed. There was also a Jacuzzi and bidet. Fancy! Jacuzzi worked well but you had to press the button at a certain pressure to turn it on. It took me awhile to figure it out. Only downside of my room was it was very loud. Outside I could hear traffic and car alarms. One night a car alarm went off for 2 hours. it was horrible. I had to play something on my phone to drown out the noise. The gym was top of the line. As good as any gym you pay monthly for. And not very busy which was nice. And well air conditioned. I hate a lot of hotel gyms that are so hot! Anyway, great stay! Will definitely come back!"
