The air conditioning was wonderful, the hotel room was clean and spacious, and we loved the free public transportation around the corner from the hotel. We would absolutely stay again. No complaints except that I accidentally booked for 1 person instead of two and the fee was 40 extra euro per night (I thought he said it would be 40 euro total for my two nights, not 80 total) so there was a miscommunication.
Centrico, puedes caminar por el old and new town. Tiene lugares cerca para comer y la estacion de tren a unos pasos. La verdad muy bien ubicados. Puedes caminar, la ciudad es muy segura.

Comfortable, overall this is a nice place to stay and experience beautiful Salzburg.
We stayed 1 night with 2 rooms. Hotel staff were super friendly! New guy at the front desk had a little trouble because there was a communication error between Expedia and their system. No reservation in the system. He said same thing happened with a guest the night before. His colleague hooked us up with an early check-in so we could venture out before it was too late. The 2nd room was ready around 5:50 pm. About 20 minutes after we returned. No big deal! Breakfast in their restaurant...
Visited Salzburg for the first time, my brother has been there many times though. Michaela, Nina, and Veronica were absolutely wonderful to us, the personal at the breakfast buffet were also wonderful. It is a nice, clean, and quiet place.
