"schlafen quasi unmöglich - die Strassenbahn welche am hotel ca alle 5 Minutn vorbeifährt ist soooo laut das man denkt die fährt duchs Zimmer - alles wackelt .. ebenso leider nicht wirklich abzudunkeln das zimmer .-("

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."

"Clean room. Comfy bed. Delightfull shower and soap. The staff is the best Ive ever experienced. They helped me with everything and more. Also delicious breakfast."

"Air cond doesn't cool the room, the shower plug hole drains water very slowly, room was very small and bed was too soft. "

"This was a great hotel for our visit, offering a view of the castle while being not too far from the train station. It was easy to get to/from for our stay. Also very quiet and modern, you had to scan to access your hallway. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags while we explored after check out. "

"I don’t like that the rooms aren’t cleaned daily. There was no refill of the mini bar the second day. "
