"Great location for Europa Park and Rulantica waterpark. 2 supermarkets just around the corner and plenty of places to eat in the town. Room perfect, staff very helpful, lovely touch with a free drink for each of the guests too! "

"We arrived late and the staff were very accommodating. Room was nice. Shower took a long time to warm up. Curtains could do with tidying up a bit - they didn’t really cover the windows properly. But other than that couldn’t fault the room at all."

"I absolutely loved staying here and so did my children. It was a quiet town very friendly people. The staff was amazing. We met three different staff members one on arrival one during the stay and one on departure and they each treated us amazing. We also got early check-in and we got an extended checkout the restaurant Felix a part of the hotel was also amazing. The rooms were clean. The water was hot and nice. The environment was safe and it was commute friendly as well we definitely look forward to staying there again on another trip back to rust Germany and it is centrally located to get to the Rulantica park and the Europa Park. Great restaurants in the area. There are a lot of supermarkets and majority of the places are walking distance."

"Oir stay at The Holiday Inn Express in Offenburg was great as always - the bed nice and comfortable with great pillows and duvet, breakfast with everything you need to start the day and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended. "

"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "
