Very nice place to stay in Munich. Centrally located for public transportation and in a safe area. The highlight is the breakfast spread — make sure you take advantage of what they offer for a good start to your day. Wonderful people taking care of you, especially Avni. He and his co-workers are the best and want to see that you are happy with everything. No need to go anywhere else for breakfast!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romantik Hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal and there were also other places very close by. From the hotel, we were able to hike around the area, including a trek up to the Andechs brewery, through a beautiful, wooden area and over to the lake. We loved the hotel and the town.

This hotel was perfect to stay for 2 nights for Oktoberfest. The location is extremely convenient - less than a 3 minute walk to the entrance of Oktoberfest. The room is pretty small, but served its purpose as we spent most of the time outside our hotel room anyway.
Buffet breakfast was really great. Fresh food and numerous options. Replenished regularly. Helpful staff. Comfortable room European size. Very quiet room. Housekeeping made up room each day with fresh towels. In the heart of the City Center. We could walk everywhere. Walking distance to Oktoberfest. Just great and would definitely stay here again.
We booked a room level above the standard room and have stayed at Fleming’s for about 15 years. The room is large, clean and comfortable with euro style beds and bedding. The room we get has waist to ceiling windows on two sides with a view of the main train station. It has air conditioning, which can be a challenge to find in Germany, but useful if it is warm because you can sleep with the windows closed and not be interrupted by city street noise. The room was small but it had all we needed to lay our heads and shower after a few days of touring around Munich and going to Oktoberfest. The Tram is only a block up the street offering convenience to the train station and other parts of the city. It as also only 2 stops away from Oktoberfest. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful our whole stay.
Hotel room size is bigger than normal European hotel so this is a plus, you got 2 free beer bottles and free water daily. Step out from the hotel and in front of you is market with all sort of food stalls and beer garden. The famous Hofbrauhaus and Shopping area is prob about less than 10 minute walk. Highly recommend
Went for octoberfest and it was a perfect location easy to get to from the train station and was the opposite direction of all the crowds I would definitely stay here for octoberfest again! Only draw back was the breakfast was 18 euros and not worth it .
Great experience with amenities as indicated by others. Big plus for us was the bed. Thicker foam pad than most Eurobeds. Very good sleeping conditions. Only minor negative was the room was too small for a chair. Perhaps a fold down seat would fit instead of sitting on the laundry box. Housekeeping- spotless
