We had a very nice stay, room was spacious, stylish and clean and the staff very friendly. No breakfast at hotel, but the restaurant just next door offers a buffet breakfast for affordable price. Air-conditioning keeps rooms cool Location near the main railwaystation has it's ups and downs, local transport (U-/S-/Strassenbahn) is right there and to Marienplatz is just 10' walk.

There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property.

Check in staff he was very friendly and helpful. Gave clear instructions about night time entry etc etc. Excellent location to walk to tourist spots. Central station just 3 to 4 mins walk. Metro a minute walk. Room was spacious with balcony . For Munich this hotel was amazing and good price too. KFC, pizza hut, kebab shop right opposite the hotel.
