It's not really the owner's fault at all but the place is built on a rather treacherous bit of mountainside in the Shenandoah. The website doesn't really give much warning about this and there isn't any sort of guardrails. There is a hell of a 'pucker factor' getting to and from the location as it's just one lane. But once you get there- My GOSH! So beautiful-- so inviting.. and so, so so sooo cozy! Makes it all worthwhile!! As I said before, unless a millionaire wants to donate $$$$$$...

Exceptionally fast wifi, great beds, cozy room, beautiful bathroom (and room), nice and clean...smelled nice, great staff, awesome HD TV, we were thrilled with this stay, and will be back whenever we're in the area. Only downside was not being able to pay through Hotels.com, but that's just a minor inconvenience.
Our stay at Steeles Tavern Manor B & B was amazing! Every detail was meticulously thought out to make our stay the most wonderful time we have ever had! This was an awesome find while we were on the road and booking a stay within Virginia Wine Country. The B&B owners were super friendly and were great in providing insight into were to go nearby.
